NOTE: This article only covers creating/managing labels within the site, but does not cover how to apply a label to an application or how to remove one. For these actions please see How to Add a Label to an Application and How to Remove a Label From an Application.

- Go to the Manage Applications page within a program
- Select the Label drop-down
- Select Create New.
- Add a title for the label
- Select OK
How to Rename an Application Label
Once a label has been created it is possible to edit the name of the label. Editing an application title will update all labels retroactively. To edit an existing label:
- Go to the Manage Applications page within a program
- Select the Label drop-down
- Hover over the label you would like to edit
- Select the More Options icon
- Select Rename
- Enter new title
- Select OK
NOTE: Updating a label within one program will update the title of that label within all programs.
How to Delete an Application Label
To delete an existing label:
- Go to the Manage Applications page within a program
- Select the Label drop-down
- Hover over the label you would like to delete
- Select the More Options icon
- Select Delete
- Confirm the deletion of the label
WARNING! Deleting the label from a single program will delete the label from all programs. Any applications previously associated with the label will have that label removed. The action of deleting a label cannot be reverted and all restoration of a deleted label would require adding applications to a new label either manually or through an automation to mass apply the label.
