- Log in to your Administrative Account
- Click on the Information (i) Icon in the top right corner
- Click Contact Support
- Select the option that best describes your request.
- Next Select the are of the site your inquiry is about.
- Based on the area of the site you will be provided with suggested articles to match our top FAQs for that product area.
TIP! If you're not sure what a term in our form or product refers to, try searching it in our help centre to see if the area relates to your inquiry.
- If the suggested articles don't help to address your question, click Request Support
- Based on the options selected above, within the form, you will be asked to provide additional details, including examples of applications/users, reports, forms, etc. This is to ensure our team has all the information we need to assist you more effectively.
